I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room I moved to was spacious, bright, and cheerful, perfect for relaxing, working, and packing. The service, especially for river transport, was excellent, quick, and very helpful. The location was brilliant, close to public transportation, shopping centers, and right by the BTS station. The dining was more than adequate with some tasty Thai options. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quiet dated and dark but surprisingly much bigger than expected, which was fantastic. The service was a bit hit and miss with a request for a replacement fee for a tourist map we already had, although some staff members were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent for access to the river and the sky rail system, being close to both the Skytrain and river ferry. The dining options were just okay, especially if breakfast wasn't included. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and quiet, equipped with all necessary toiletries, coffee/tea, and daily water bottles. However, on the day of arrival, I was informed that the room had to be changed to a twin setup. The location was excellent, near river ferries and the Skytrain, providing easy access to main tourist streets and local amenities. The dining options were varied, with a good mix of Western and Asian dishes, although the breakfast service was slightly delayed. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor inconveniences.
